**Our staff members are NOT licensed physicians, nurses (RN or LPN), or medical technicians.** They are legally prohibited from performing medical tasks such as administering injections, changing sterile dressings, diagnosing illnesses, interpreting medical tests, or providing medical advice.

While our caregivers are trained in basic emergency recognition (such as observing a fall or sudden change in condition), they are not emergency responders. Our protocol requires the caregiver to immediately notify the designated family contact and/or emergency services (e.g., dialing 102/108/112 in India) upon observing a medical emergency or serious incident.
Bright Home Care and its employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our non-medical services, or for any reliance placed on the information provided on this website.
