Bright Home Care provides **non-medical home caregiving and patient assistance services**. This includes, but is not limited to, personal care assistance, companionship, home support, and medication reminders.
**Our services are strictly non-medical.** Our caregivers are not licensed medical professionals, nurses, or doctors, and cannot administer injections, manage complex medical devices, or provide medical advice. We are not a substitute for professional medical treatment or diagnosis.

The detailed terms of service, including scheduling, specific duties, rates, and termination clauses, will be outlined in a separate, written **Service Agreement** executed between the Client/Family and Bright Home Care. In case of conflict between these General Terms and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Service Agreement, including failure to make payments or creating an unsafe work environment.
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bright Home Care and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bright Home Care.
